Director of Operations

Infina.vn is looking for a Director of Operation who plays a key role in the operation of the company that includes all activities NOT done by software in the fulfilment of customer transactions and needs.  Operation team works closely with all departments in the company: Product, Tech, Marketing, Business Development, Data analytics, and Finance.  This position is a member of the Leadership Team and reports directly to the CEO.

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Solve problems that arise as the number of customers and transactions increase rapidly

  • Continuously improve and optimize processes to increase customer satisfaction and operation efficiency

  • Track key metrics and analyze data to identify opportunities for improvement

  • Lead the following sub-teams: Transaction Execution, Customer Services, and Internal control.

    • Define goals and manage performance of each sub-team and direct report

    • Establish strategies, define plans & oversee implementation of sub-teams 

    • Provide supervisory, coaching, mentoring to build/develop great leaders & managers for the sub-teams.

    • Set an example for management & leadership style that encourages participant and ownership by all with a focus on result, excellence driven & continuous improvement.

  • Conduct budgeting and ensure cost effectiveness

  • Join/Lead cross-functional initiatives to drive long-term business sustainability


  • Minimum 4 years of relevant experience in fast growing startups 

  • Highly motivated, fast learner with a can-do spirit, even when under high pressure

  • Experience in analyzing data and delivering insights reports

  • Previous experience leading several teams and coordinating cross departments, ideally in a techy company, Fintech is plus.

  • Excellent analytical, organizational, communication skills, decision-making & problem-solving skills

  • Experience in modeling processes and establishing policies & rules

  • Experience in analyzing and settling benchmarks processes

  • Experience in aligning process with business strategy

  • Strong business acumen, financial acumen, project management and change management

  • Good Management & Leadership skills
